Take advantage of the luck that surrounds you just by being in Guadeloupe, and consider spending an evening (or even several hours during the day) in an island casino.
With two casinos on the island Guadeloupe may not have as large a gambling scene as some other Caribbean islands, but it does the trick. Note that patrons must be at least 21-years-of-age in order to game.

Gaming at the Casino de Gosier is shrouded in secrecy, and occurs behind closed doors. The front of the building is a restaurant and bar that also screens movies, while it costs €10 to even enter the casino. Here, high-stakes gambling begins at 8:30 p.m., though 115 slot machines are up and running by 10 a.m. each day.
On Grande-Terre island, Casino de St-François is more than just a casino as well. Alongside 80 slot machines, and a few gaming tables, there is also a piano bar on property, which consistently hosts entertaining performers. Special events and even dance lessons are hosted here on a regular basis. This casino is open from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m. on weekdays, with closing hours extended until 3 a.m. on weekends.
Casinos are just another way to have fun in Guadeloupe. For a special night, get dressed up, pull a little extra spending money out of your vacation budget and head over to Casino de Gosier or Casino de St-François. Who knows, you may just leave with a pocket full of winnings.
